I got this nice quote in mail. Said by Thomas Friedman
“When we were young kids growing up in America we were told to eat our vegetables at dinner and not leave them. Mothers said, ‘think of the starving children in India and finish your dinner.’
And now I tell my children:
‘Finish your math homework. Think of the children in India who will make you starve, if you don’t.'”
I have read his book, “The Lexus and the Olive Tree” recommended to me by a friend Mudit M. Maheshwari (where are you, btw ? ). I hope he googles himself some day, comes to this site and writes to me. !
